IPM Services provides pest, termite, mosquito, and nuisance wildlife control all in one affordable package. Upon initial service IPM Services will inspect your facility/home, taking the corrective measures needed to control any pest control infestations, thereafter, IPM Services is on call for you to handle any additional needs.

IPM Services will install termite monitor stations on the perimeter of your home/facility to monitor for foraging termites, once a monitor station is invaded by termites, IPM Services will then replace the monitor with a termite bait station for the termites to transfer the bait back to the colony for colony elmination. IPM Services will provide a quarterly perimeter defense service as well as monitor the termite monitor stations.  Nuisance wildlife control and mosquito control is provided on an as needed basis.

****The Total Control Package is a preventative pest control maintenance program that excludes homes with current termite activity or infestation.*****
