They were the lowest bid and by far the friendliest, most informative company we talked to (got bids from 6 companies ranging from $875 to $1400 – some didn’t even come out to look at the location). Dennis came out, explained what they would do (down to worst case scenario of no air flow under the house which would necessitate going through HVAC at a cost of $2500-3000), gave us a written quote and could install within the week. Showed up on time, install done in about 2 hours, cleaned up and explained everything about the system. Let it run for a few days before doing retest. Communications with the office have been great!
